AF after miscarriage (TMI)

Hi,

I had a medical management miscarriage on the 13th April. I bled for about 6-7 days and then had little spots here and there since.

Tonight, before going to bed, I noticed i had more blood than normal on my pad and blood when I wipe. It’s been 17 days since my miscarriage and not sure what this is.

I had really sore breasts yesterday, cramps throughout last night and really bad headache today (usual AF symptoms for me) but I think it’s too soon?

When I went for my scan at 10 weeks, baby had stopped growing at 6weeks with no heartbeat so I don’t know if that would play a factor too?

Any advice would be appreciated x
