Sharp pain across my lower stomach

Usually where I get cramps.. I’m 12 weeks and sat down and when I stood up a sharp pain shot across my lower stomach. Hurt so bad that it stopped me as I was walking. It’s not like I overstretched as I got up or anything. Just got up from the chair as I normally do. Is this bad??? Kinda freaked me out
