ectopic pregnancy?

I'm scared I'm having an ectopic.. I'm 6w 5d and since yesterday I've had like a achy pain on my left side but on and off and today the same, if it was an ectopic would it be there all time or?.. Please help 😢

If the pain is unbearable (can’t stand up, walk or sit comfortably) then yes it may be that its an ectopic.. if its normal pregnancy cramps then it’s completely normal.

I’ve had on and off achy pains in all of my pregnancies (never had an ectopic). Some cramping and pains are completely normal. But if something feels off trust your gut and go see your doc

I had right side pain and questioned it also. But nope baby is good I’m 22 weeks now. In the beginnings we r stretching a lot and will have cramps.

I have had two ectopic pregnancy on my right side the pain was consistent for me. However that doesn’t mean it will be for you, cramping is normal in early pregnancy but I would call your doctor and explain what’s going on. Chances are they will have you come in for an ultrasound to see where the baby is. If they find it in the tube there are options. Both of my ectopic pregnancy I had methotrexate shot which is painful at time of shot and requires following up with blood work for up to six weeks to make sure the pregnancy is done. If it doesn’t work they will go over surgery options. Granted depending on what’s going on surgery might be the only option.  
My thoughts are with you hoping your little bean is where it’s supposed to be. Make sure you call your doctor and untreated ectopic pregnancy is super scary and can result in death.  Good luck fingers crossed
