Conceiving? Or paranoid?

Okay so me and my significant other did the deed last Saturday right. We used a condom but it came off randomly and we didn’t know until after we were getting ourselves back together that he had put it back on inside out. He hadn’t came at this point but he had pre-cum. There was no holes in it at all. So Monday I started having light cramping here and there and it hasn’t stopped BUT this app says I’m in my week of ovulation And cramps tend to come with that. Am I being paranoid oorrr did shit hit the fan so to speak HELP!!! 😩
