So just to clarify the surge is now gone. So when I had that peak last night I would ovulate 12 to 36 hours later? because I had ovulation twinges on left sides and small cramps all morning and now it's 1.30pm no more lh and pain gone? so I've just ovulated and maybe get one more sex sesh in tonight
