BFP after “period”?

I had a really odd period. It started the 21st( a day early), it was not quite as heavy as normal, and after 3 days it turned into spotting/ brown blood and that lasted for another 3 days( 1 day longer than my normal period). I was feeling nauseous before my period so I took a test and got a faint line, but then I started bleeding, figured I had a false positive. Well I’m still feeling nauseous and now I’m dizzy and have bad heartburn, so I took a test. Is this a positive??
