Puppy Rash!

I have a 6 month old puppy and I just got her spayed 5 days ago they shaved her tummy and she got a rash starting yesterday and it has gotten worse. I called the vet and left a message but they're not 24 hour so I need advice asap. The two cuts are her incision which was glued together and the other is a tattoo they give them proving she's been fixed. It has not seemed to bug her. she's a golden doodle
