Help! What do I do?

I was just laying in bed and heard my parents above me having sex. I am only 17 and wicked grossed out. I feel sick to my stomach. Should I confront my parents and be like I’m right below you or you have successfully raped my ears or just pretend that it never happened? Please anything will help. Explanations as well will help me from throwing up.

Ps. I am not a virgin and yes I understand it shows love and affection but still this is nasty.
