Currently on IUD and possible pregnancy???? Help.

Some back story So I have a almost 7 month old, after having my baby a day or 2 before the 6 week period my husband and I had a slip up. I had to take a plan b as i didn’t want to risk it and be pregnant at such a short time. This was around November I had a period 2 weeks later. Then in December the period was about 20 days late but I got it and that has been my pattern. I’m currently on the Paraguard iud I got it around January. So here is my concern this month I’m going on almost 30 days late I’ve been extremely tired my boobs are killing me when I breastfeed it causes excruciating pain I’m sensitive to smells I’ve had sooo much of the egg white like discharge but I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative I took 2. Earlier in the month I got what I thought was my period but it wasn’t it was the brown discharge followed by pinkish discharge which had the egg white type of discharge also. Currently waiting on af hoping she will show. I’ve had cramp here and there but nothing still. My biggest concern is if I am pregnant and leaving the birth control in could be be dangerous I don’t want a baby right now but I also wouldn’t want to do anything to harm it if that was the situation. Has any one been in a similar situation any advice that y’all can give me would be greatly appreciated.
