Kidney pain and shooting pain in abdomen?

My right kidney area hurts so bad, it’s a burning type of sensation and I get occasional shooting pain in my abdomen. It literally hurts so so bad to where I have to stop what I’m doing.

I had a UTI a couple weeks ago, I took antibiotics for it but could it have come back with vengeance?

I’m 16 weeks on Tuesday, should I be worried?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worse pain I’ve felt in my life, it’s a strong 8 when the shooting pain occurs, but when that doesn’t happen it’s probably at a 3 or 4.
