Menstrual migraines?!

What is up with these menstrual migraines? We already have to deal with bleeding and the metallic smell and tampons and pads and making sure we’re not leaking ruined underwear or whole world revolves around blood for a week out of the month we already feel lousy with cramps and fatigue and irritability others suffer and now to top it all off I now have to deal with menstrual migraines that last for days. Thankfully not every month. Now is it like an age thing or what???
