Vaccination questions

So i’m fully vaccinated, I had them all done the middle of 2017 so I read that my baby is 91% protected by the vaccines i’ve had, including whooping cough buuuuut my partners sister refused to get her 2 year old vaccinated so he hasn’t had any and he is aaaaalways sick- chest infections, flu, you name it and he always has a bad cough and a runny nose. His other sister had twins and didn’t let her sisters baby meet her twins because he wasn’t vaccinated. So my question is, if I let her son meet my baby when it’s born will my baby be likely to get sick? Or will it be ok because I was vaccinated meaning my baby should be protected? At first I straight up said no, he can’t meet the baby but i’ve now researched it a bit more. I’m just wanting other people’s opinions or views on it!
