If something was going wrong, would you have bad cramps and bleeding even if on progesterone suppositories?

I’m 6w2d and I feel normal most days but no bad cramps or any spotting or bleeding at all. But I am on progesterone suppositories so would I even bleed if something was wrong?? I’m trying to stay positive but I just worry that I feel normal, especially in the mornings.

I was on progesterone and ended up having a miscarriage early. I didn't know I had miscarried until I went for a second check up around 8 weeks. I never had cramps nor bleeding like my first miscarriage.
If you feel off, I would go and make an appointment to get checked.
