Did you have an epidural?  They can cause those post baby for a little while. Make sure you are properly hydrated too.

Normal but not normal. If you haven't, tell your doctor, it might help a little and they maybe be able to actually help with it, and guiding your through the process. Keep breast feeding, love your little baby, you are doing great.

Drink and eat plenty. You may be dehydrated or have low blood sugar. Best of luck!! Breastfeeding is an incredible journey but it definitely requires a lot of self care and work.

Do you wear a bra that’s supportive enough? Noticed any changes in your vision(pregnancy and breastfeeding can change your vision pretty much) do you drink enough?
