Petty rant

We had a pack n play on our registry that someone bought for us for a baby shower gift but it hadn’t come in yet. We drove down a few hours away for the shower so she said when it came in she’d drive it up to us. Well, here we are a few days from my due date and no pack n play. She said she cancelled it and had it shipped to the store and would let us know when it was ready for pickup. Is it coming from Mars?!? I know I sound incredibly petty, but it’s what we planned on using for baby while she’s in our room until she transitions to her crib. And it’s still not here! If it isn’t here by tomorrow do I just go purchase a bassinet? At this point I wish we’d have just purchased it ourselves.

P.s. the shower was over a month ago.
