Rant and question

My SO was supposed to go to his urologist this morning for his results of the two semen analyses and blood work he had done months ago. We had to reschedule this appointment two times already! He always feels sick in the morning when he hasn’t slept enough. The urologist is only in the office until 9, last appointment is at 8:30am. If he wakes up on his own he is okay. So his appointment was at 8:30am and he didn’t come home until 3:30am. He told me “I’ll be up I swear”. I wasn’t born yesterday, but in his defense he did throw up some phlegm and whatnot when I got him up for appointment, that we didn’t get to go to anyway.

My question is...why does he always feel sick in the morning? He said it’s been a lifelong issue. I noticed when he wakes up on his own he is okay though, but he swears it isn’t because he didn’t sleep enough. I want to get him to see a doctor about this because it’s affecting not only his life, but mine too. I’m supposed to do IUI tomorrow if his count and everything is good enough, but he can’t even get to his appointment to find out. I’m mad and also concerned. Thanks for reading. Lol.
