Period or miscarriage?

Hey all, on Tuesday April 24th I started going through a miscarriage, this is my first pregnancy and I was almost 6 weeks. I spotted from Tuesday to Friday and nothing on Saturday. Yesterday and today I’ve had heavy heavy bleeding and excruciating cramps. I know they said I’m not supposed to have a period for 4-6 weeks but this seems almost like a period rather than the miscarriage. If this is the miscarriage, I’m assuming my hCG levels dropped down to below 5 and this is the end of my miscarriage.

Also. How did you guys log this in glow? Did you label this as a period?
