can I still ovulate if I took a prometrium last 🌃?

I was thinking I already ovulated and I though I missed the surge with the opk but today had ewcm and took 2 opk and both positive.

can I still ovulate ?

I feel like I messed things up 😭.

I should have waited to take prometrium
