Panic attacks and anxiety 👿

I was home alone with all my pets when I go to fill up the pill containers for mine and my husbands medication. All is well. Wasn’t feeling too anxious this morning. Didn’t take my Ativan. Filling up my pill box with my normal medication and when I get to Prozac. I emptied them into my hand and counted four of each. TWO PILLS SHORT! I don’t know why it affected me the way it did but I started trembling all over. Muscle spasms the whole nine. I took two Ativan even tho she says take one because I thought I was dying. It took about an hour and a half but I pulled thru. Phone calls from my husband at work and FaceTime with my older sister. It’s so hard when nobody gets it. She’s FaceTiming me while looking at symptoms and possible home remedies. I love them both so much. They try for me.
