My boyfriend sent this to me this morning. I’m freaking out. We haven’t had sex. He’s celibate and I’m a Virgin. I’m so scared. I don’t want to lose him but at the same time I don’t know wha to think. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I don’t know how to respond what do I say?

Well you said he’s celibate, not a Virgin, he very well could have had herpes for years and not had symptoms. 
I don’t understand why he thinks you need to break up though, especially if you aren’t having sex anyway
