Just got my mirena today

I just got the Mirena IUD today and I was expecting it to me much worse. Small amount of pain on insertion and now I have cramps but it’s no worse than my period cramps so it’s bearable. I was prescribed misoprostol to take the night before and morning of. Cause a few cramps. And I took it with Imodium since it causes diarrhea. All good so far. I took 2 Tylenol and 2 ibuprofen before my appointment this morning. Just really shocked that I’m not in more pain so yay
