Paternity Leave
So my husband and I are discussing his paternity leave (his work is allowing him 6 weeks). When should we have him take that off, do you think? We’re due in August, but I mean, do we have him start the paternity leave a week before our kid gets here? Or wait until the due date? Any advice is so greatly appreciated!
