Unsure of what to do...

I’m about to go into my fifth IUI (five rounds of femera and this will be my second month taking clomid). I had an ultra sound done this afternoon where I had 7 follicles and 4 that were nearing or at maturity. I’ve always done the Ovidrel shot 36 hours before insemination but was told that I had a high chance of multiples. I had three follicles in February, had the trigger shot and then the IUI and did not get pregnant. I just don’t want to miss my window, if this is it. Next month, we have our consultation for IVF.
