11 weeks 5 days and car accident

So I’m super paranoid I was in a car accident today at work we were rear ended while At a dead stop I was brought to the hospital and they did an ultrasound baby was busy as ever and heart rate was good (162) but the doctor had said if the placenta was damaged which they couldn’t tell I could lose the baby... I don’t have cramps or bleeding but I’m sore from where the seatbelt was on my lower abdomen and lower back hurts. This happen to anyone else and baby was okay? I think I’ll be fine but I can’t stop worrying 😭😪
