OPK & PCOS

If I have PCOS and if I use OPKs will they always come back negative? I have been taking supplements to help me regulate my period, and they have worked.

Glow shows that I will be ovulating tomorrow today I took two tests like at 5:30pm. They came back negative, I was thinking on testing all week, but when I searched up what time would be the best to test, it said something about PCOS not being accurate. I am a little confused. Sorry if this sounds dumb.
