An advice?//weight issues.

So I’m not overweight, I’m actually a pretty healthy weight for my size and age, but I would feel so much better about myself I I lost a couple pounds! 10-15 at the most 💗I’m in high school and trust me, this is all for me. I’m done doing things for everyone else 😊I just want to be healthier wise, I eat to much ice cream lol. Anyways, does anyone know any helpful tips other than drinking water, exercising? I have just began to exercise and drink water, so I just need something to tip it off! Thanks 💖
