i am using just the mini pill and i havent gotten pregnant.  veen using just the mimi pill for a year and a half. last month we had sex 20 times. no condoms, no pull out. take it on time. domt have meds that interact and if you throw up or have diarrhea within 3 hours of takimg your pill do what your pack says which is usually use a back up like a condom for a few days.
