Pain several days after HSG

Hi all, I had an HSG test 4 days ago. Man was it painful! I cramped during the procedure and spotted for a few hours after but then that was it. However, I’ve now had a pain, primarily to my right side. At first I thought it was ovulation as I got an LH surge shorty after HSG, but it is still intermittently there. Slightly feels like maybe a gas pain or air, but it’s kind of freaking me out. I took the course of antibiotics also. Anyone else have this happen to them after an HSG???
