Is this a miscarriage?

So I was at work earlier and this came out of me. this period have been having cramps worse than I have ever had before and my boobs have been hurting to the touch. I went to take my tampon out which was completely saturated and leaking into my underwear even though it was full about an hour before when I went. On the end of it was this. I didn’t think anything of it but then looked again and realized I hadn’t ever had a clot like this before. Any idea if it looks like a clot or an early miscarriage? Sorry I know it’s a gross picture. My fiancé and I really want a baby but are trying to wait until we get married to have a baby but things happen and I just don’t want this to be a miscarriage as endometriosis runs in my family and I’m nervous about having it. I’ve been so stressed lately too because I’m in college (nursing) and need to get a high grade on one of my finals to pass the class go move on to my senior year and I just want to make sure I’m just over reacting and it’s not a miscarriage.
