High AFP

update! we went and saw the genetic counselor, went for an ultrasound and met with a high risk OB they are confident that the levels are increased for a unknown reason ( common occurrence for a slightly increased level) they will continue to monitor my pregnancy. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Our daughter is absolutely perfect!

Has anyone had an increased alpha fetoprotein level? I got a call from my doctor today that my levels are slightly higher than "normal" what was the outcome? we meet with a generic counselor tomorrow. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.
