Help!😫

Alright y’all I need to vent and I need opinions!

So when I was about 15 my mom put me on birth control called the “ DEPO “ I was on it for about 2 years and when I would have periods they would last maybe 2-3 days well I began to start gaining a lot of weight so I told her I wanted to switch to a different birth control. So I did and got put on the “ NUVA RING “ and I was on that for about 3 years. My periods still lasted 2-3 days. Well once I hit 20 years old I stopped my birth control in June of 2017 and I haven’t been on anything since. My periods have not been falling on the same weeks as their suppose too and they still only last 2-3 days. Could this effect my chances on conceiving ? Will my period ever become normal again ? Im just worried about this all...
