Low sperm count?

How do I know if my husband would have low sperm count? His cum is really watery.. like no thickness at all. I have pcos and have been on different kinds of fertility Medicines and I always ovulate so I got to thinking that maybe it’s his also and we both have fertility issues. What does Healthy sperm look like??

The thickness of ejaculate can depend on how much water a man drinks or what their diet consists of, and is in no way a determining factor of low sperm count. He would need to be tested.

Even if he has a high sperm count, if his sperm isn’t healthy (slow motility, the structure, etc) that can effect attempting to get pregnant as well.

I'm suprised a doctor gave you fertility medication before.checking his sperm count despite the fact you have PCOS. But that is really your only way of knowing by having him get checked out.

I thought the same thing and didn't know how to let him know, however when we tried we got pregnant right away. It doesn't seem to have a bearing on sperm count. Having him see a doctor wouldn't hurt. Good luck love, I hope you get your turn soon, I have you in my heart.

He would need to go see a specialist and tests done. You tell if he has sperm by looking at it.
