pregnant and spotting... help...

im between 5 and 6 weeks.i havent had any other pains besides a few aches that ive had since fertile window. i went to the toilet at 12AM and when i wipes there was a little spotting, on the tissue. paniced and woke my partner. went back and i wiped and it was a lot less. i wore a pad and nothing on it. went for a wee this morning and only a hint. no clots no bad pains. i worried because my boobs dont hurt any more and i dont feel as sick but its all back. ive been up an hour and there hasnt been anymore. my drs dont open till half 8. i only woke up early because its my birthday😭 any idea what it could be
