pumping and supply
I was so busy at work this morning that I forgot to pump :'( if it's just the one time will it affect my supply? baby is 4.5mo. I'm panicking because sometimes I work in the morning and sometimes in afternoon and I don't pump when I'm home. I only missed one session and am on my way home now.. thoughts please? thanks!
