Chemical pregnancy? Help please!

Hi ladies, so it appears I got pregnant with my rainbow but I’m really scared. I had such a faint positive line that I waited a few days to take another test and admire that dark line. Well now it’s almost inexistant. I’m almost a week late for my period. I really thought it should be very obvious by now. Did this happen to anyone of you? Should I just try to accept a miscarriage right away so I’m not too devastated?
