Giving birth

I want to have children so bad and my partner and I feel we are ready, however what is stopping me is the horrific videos of woman giving birth that I find. I need all my mothers to give me some insight. How does it feel down there after giving birth? Are you able to walk after? I’ve heard you have to wait a while to have sex, so are you still able to please yourself with your fingers/vibrator or? Lol we are pretty sexually active so it will be hard not having any kind of “pleasure” for a while. Also, how much discharge will come after the birth and about how long will it go on for. I know everyone is different but I would like to know how these things affected you.
