Pregnant after laparoscopy?.....

Hi All

I had a laparoscopy done 4 weeks ago, I had ovarian drilling (have PCOS) and also endo removed.

The doctor said by the time I see him for follow up I should of had a period ( I see him Friday) and the last week I have had cramping as tho I’m going to come on, and Sunday night and just I have had very light pink discharge but not proper blood. me and bf have had sex since the operation. I don’t want to get my hopes up but could I have fallen pregnant so soon after surgery?......
