Maternity leave calculator-Canada

Hey ladies, I live in ontario and was wondering if there was a calculator for when i can start maternity leave. I am due august 25th and plan to go on it june 4th. Its 12 weeks before due date in ontario but want to make sure I can before i give my two week notice or someone could tell me on here :)
