Hard to breathe after eating every time
Okay so I’m 26 weeks. For the past 2 months, every time I eat, I feel really weird. Like my chest gets heavy and it’s hard to breathe and I feel like I can’t move or have no energy.
I thought it was because I was eating a lot of grease and bad foods. But for 3 weeks, I’ve been eating clean. It got a little better but still there. Today I had eggs for breakfast with some strawberries and a glass of water.
For lunch I had a peanut and banana sandwich with another glass of water. Then for a snack I had blueberries and blackberries and again, more water. Healthy, right? Yet I can’t breathe, my chest is heavy and my heart rate went up a lot.
This isn’t normal. I can’t go to the doctor for another 4 weeks so I need advice on what this may be
