Tell me you're placenta delivery?

Can I Prevent A Retained Placenta In My Next pregnancy? 
Long story short ~ I gave birth 21.02.18. 4 In a half hours gas and air only.
had to get a forceps delivery due to mine and baby's heart rising, Got an episiotomy due to being small down below) quiet small and slim myself in general before pregnancy) 
placenta got stuck took them 45mins with the forceps to get my baby out. Went to theatre got stiched and in recovery I got a blood transfusion due to a huge amount of blood.
11 DAYS after delivery!!!!
Hemaraged rushed to hospital (big blood clots and lossing alot of blood, it was coming out like tap water) Blood pressure checked and all observation s lots of blood takens stayed over 2 days and sent home a day later with medications.
Happened 6 times all in so 6 blood transfusions and 2 D&C;'s due to retained products of membarance of the placenta. My hemoglobin was 75 so got blood transfusions with the 6/6 and was now 114 so I got sent home  that day. Was told I nearly died at the third stage of labour
WILL I BE ABLE TO HAVE MORE KIDS??? will this happen again.......... has this happened to anyone similar and still managed to have kids with the placenta not being stuck 2nd time?

I also have a very similar story , i had a long hard labour with my first daughter (she was posterior) i also had an episiotomy (she was 8lbs4oz) and assistance with the vacuum. After she was out they told me it was time to deliver my placenta, well it was not coming out and soon after they realised it exploded inside me, it was literally in little bits and peices, i had midwives basically punching me in the stomach trying to push it out aswell as a dr with his hand up there pulling it out bit by bit, after a while they said they got it all out and i didnt need to go to theatre. After the birth i was in so much pain it felt like i was still in labour and had heavy bleeding. 8 days afer birth i ended up in the back of an ambulance on the way to the hospital to have the rest of thw placenta they had left in me removed.
Fast forward 14 months and im giving birth to my second daughter also a posterior labour but alot easier than my first, her cord was wrapped around her neck 3 times and 2 times around her body so it was all a blur getting her out, again time to deliver the placenta it hurt like hell but it came out, the dr inspected it and said it looked mostly whole (given my past), again in tremwndous amounts of pain and very heavy bleeding 2 weeks laster i had surgery to have the rest of the placenta removed. Turns out some of it was still attached to the back wall of my uterus as it had attached too deeply during the pregnancy and would not detach
Those were my experiences so unfortunately in my case it did happen again but i had no troubles falling pregnant the second time around, the same thing happened to my mother with one of my siblings but did not happen with the other 2 so i guess it really just depends on every situation and the medical reasons around it 
Im sorry you went through that i know its not a very nice thing and i really hope it does not happen again
