Pregnancy & gallstones.

I've been suffering with unbearable abdomen pain for about a year on & off now. After collapsing in work & being admitted to hospital they've finally scanned me & found loads of gallstones. I already suffer with obstretic colastatis during pregnancy. I had an ultrasound Friday & seen baby at 5w 5d with healthy heartbeat. I seen her or him again today on another one and the size difference in 4 days is mad. Has anyone else suffered gallstones during pregnancy? my consultant is talking about operating between 20 & 24 weeks.
