Need some ideas!!

I have a dinner this weekend with my Boyfriend and his mom, aunt, grandma, and cousin, also some of his moms friends. I am getting my nails done before we go and I always have the hardest time deciding what to do. Need some ideas!!! These are some of the things I have already done, needing new ideas!
