how old were you when you realized you were ready to be a mom?

what made you realize you were ready to be a mom? and what factors helped you decide?

also, for moms out on here currently, were you afraid to be a mom?

I just personally hit a big step in my life recently that we are ready to start trying.. but apart of me is afraid.. of child birth ... not being able to concieve ... what if my baby isn't healthy.. making sure my foundation stays strong for my future family.

money is another factor.. we are living comfortable but babies are anything but cheap! lol..

just analyzing everything in my head and scared...

I am getting engaged her shortly and we bought a house together months ago and 2 weeks from graduating college.. just excited to start not exactly "trying" but we are not avoiding.. (he doesn't want to have sex on cue... and I don't blame him... we want to make this happen on its own hopefully.. unless we have too.. which between us I have been using bbt and this app..lol..
