TMI!!! Spotting/Bleeding

So I’m 7weeks pregnant and have been spotting brow discharge on/off for a week now and this morning after using the restroom, I saw bright red blood on the tissue. This is the first time I spotted red blood. An hour after, I saw blood again on my pad and this is the first also that it reached my pad. Am I starting to miscarry?

I’ve tried to get a hold of my OB but I still haven’t gotten a reply from her. I’m starting to worry. I don’t feel cramping or anything. Not feeling dizzy as well. Has anyone ever gone through the same and continued with a healthy pregnancy?
