breast filled with milk, so painful ðŸ˜
I had my baby girl on Friday and decided not to breastfeed. So my breast are completely sore and filled to the freaking max 😠it's to the point I can't lay in any position without them hurting and it hurts to hold Emma to my chest. Any ideas on how to relieve some of this pain? I don't want to take any milk out and it just refill, I'm trying to dry out.
