Bed Rest First Trimester 😖

Anyone else Bleed bright red in there first trimester? It's like everything I do causes me to bleed. Cleaning house boom blood takes my son to the park gotta leave early due to bleeding sex blood. 😖😖 I've been to the er several times and they tell me the baby's fine and to stay in bed with my feet popped up. It's honestly torture laying down 24/7 my back aches and I feel so helpless not being able to take care of my 4 year old like I should. Anyone else go through anything like this? does bed rest this early typically end second trimester?
