LH test for women with PCOS

I had positve LH test for more than a week already. Took PT yesterday but it turned out negative. I have PCOS & I’ve read in the internet that women with PCOS have tendencies to get persistent positive LH test for many days. It’s very frustrating. Been tracking my ovulation & trying to get pregnant for 8months now. Is there anyone here who experienced the same? Is there any other easy way for women with PCOS to monitor ovulation aside from taking LH test & checking temp & mucus?
