This might be a stupid question, but here it goes anyway.
I have signed up for many baby registries, and I have no clue how to get the stuff I see women getting. I am a first time mom and new to all if it. yes ive watched my niece and nephew but everything was given to me when I got them, and No one in my family will help anymore. please if you have any advice on the regersties, tell me!
