Has anyone seen a hsg that looks like this

I’m a little concerned it spilled on one side but not the other does that mean that it’s blocked also is my uterus off to the left side more it seems offset? 🤷🏽‍♀️ I just wish I knew what was wrong so I could hurry up fix it and welcome a beautiful healthy baby in the world with my husband
