is having baby's close together dangerous?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I have a 10 month old daughter. Everyone says how having babies so close together is dangerous for your body and how it can kill you. My pregnancy has been hell with pain, so it's making me a little worried... Should I be worried?

I have got an 11 month old baby and also 27 weeks pregnant with my 4th my midwife hasn’t said nothing to me about risks or anything with them being so close x

Mine were all close together but my body bounced back quickly after each one never had any issues

My pregnancies are close together and my providers told me that it’s not that big of a deal unless you keep doing it or have underlying health problems.

I would talk to your doctor about it. Not much you can do at this stage as it is happening, and I’m sure a lot of mothers have babies close together. I  think there might be more risk in some cases, eg when you have had a c-section.

They recommend that you wait at least 18mths to have another. It is more risk having kids close together because your body isn't healed yet. I'm on my 5th. My first 2 where close and my last one and current baby I'm carrying are going to be close. It is definitely harder on my body.

I dont know about that, I mean if I were told that it was because of my weight and prior problems with pregnancy(negative blood type, and I'm prone to high blood pressure.

I heard there's more risks to a pregnancy closer together as your body hasn't had a time to heal and you to get back the vitemans and minerals and such from the previous pregnancy... I think it's mainly I higher risk of miscarriage and preterm labour I believe.. (I'm not 100% tho)... I am 13 months younger than my older sister and both me and mom are just fine:) don't stress to much. your almost at the finish line again.
